Google HR team suggests these: They recommend job applicants to get rid of weak action verbs. Don't use 'I helped,' 'I was responsible for".
Instead of the passive language on the resume, Rivera (HR) recommended applicants to use active verbs like-streamlined, managed, implemented, improved, strategized, increased, produced, and generated.
She also asked users to post things like "reference available upon request". Rivera elaborated, saying that if companies want a reference they will ask you for it. It is not important for applicants to mention it on their CVs.
Another thing that people should not include, as per the Google recruiter, is the objective and full address, very long description of work experience in resume.
