So if you are using a cyber cafe to log into the website of UIDAI and download your e-Aadhaar card, you could be exposing yourself to a cyber security risk.    Pinakin Dave of OneSpan, advises people to log out of the system and make sure to delete all the downloaded copies permanently. Resume Tips by Google HR

Google HR team suggests these: They recommend job applicants to get rid of weak action verbs. Don't use 'I helped,' 'I was responsible for".  Instead of the passive language on the resume, Rivera (HR) recommended applicants to use active verbs like-streamlined, managed, implemented, improved, strategized, increased, produced, and generated. She also asked users to post things like "reference available upon request". Rivera elaborated, saying that if companies want a reference they will ask you for it. It is not important for applicants to mention it on their CVs. Long Term investing: risk appetite can multiply wealth 1000 times in 30 years.

Stock markets reward persistence. Good risk appetite can multiply wealth 1000 times in 30 years.  Story of Ramdeo Agarwal of Motilal Oswal is a sample for huge rewards in long term investing. Agrawal started his investment journey with Rs 1 crore in 1990. At the time of the Harshad Mehta-led market rally in 1992, the value of his investment increased to Rs 30 crore. However, once the bubble burst, the value of investment reduced to Rs 10 crore from Rs 30 crore in correction after the 1992 market rally. The value of his investments increased 10 times from Rs 10 crore to Rs 100 crore in the Y2K market rally of 2000. The correction after the Y2K rally saw 70 per cent erosion in the value of his investment and it plummets to Rs 30 crore from Rs 100 crore. However, within seven years, the value of his investment soared by as much as 833 per cent – from Rs 30 crore to Rs 550 crore during the 2007 market rally. The market meltdown after the 2007 rally resulted in a steep fall in the value...

Jobs which can be replaced by AI in the next 10 years

Jobs that robots will replace in the future Based on the nature and type of these jobs, here is a rundown of the jobs that AI machines are most likely to perform in the future: 1. Customer service executives Customer service executives don't require a high level of social or emotional intelligence to perform. Many companies now rely on AI to answer FAQs and customer support questions. Chatbots are not only becoming a significant part of customer interaction. They also support a lot of internal queries, among others. 2. Bookkeeping and data entry There is a chance you may not have heard of bookkeeping as a profession in a long time. Instead of using humans for data entry and bookkeeping, it makes sense for AI and ML (Machine Learning) to be introduced in the product cycle. 3. Receptionists And with auto check-ins in both large and small hotels, there will be a lesser need for receptionists in the long run. Nowadays, even in fast food joints, people can place orders through communic...

Covidshield, Covaxin & Sputnik V compared for efficacy/effectiveness

Covidshield: Unpublished data suggests that leaving a longer gap between the first and second doses increases the overall effectiveness of the jab - in a sub-group given the vaccine this way it was found to be 70% effective after the first dose. Ref: https://www.bbc.com/news/world-asia-india-55748124 ______________ Covaxin : While it is unclear what additional information WHO wants from Bharat Biotech, Dr Jammi Nagaraj Rao highlighted some concerns regarding Covaxin's efficiency for The Wire Science. He pointed out that reaction to the Bharat Biotech's analysis of an 80.6% efficacy should be tempered because it is based on interim data of just 43 cases of COVID-19 among the 25,800 people who had been recruited for the trial.  He calculated that the approximate 95% CI for Covaxin's efficacy rate would be 56.4% to 91.3% – which is too wide to be reliable. Promising Covid-19 treatment based on silencing RNA and Nano particle developed by Australia and US scientists

Traditional antivirals, which include Tamiflu, zanamivir and remdesivir, reduce symptoms and help people recover earlier. The new antiviral approach used gene-silencing RNA technology called siRNA (small-interfering RNA) to attack the virus' genome directly, which stops the virus from replicating, as well as lipid nanoparticles designed at Griffith University and City of Hope to deliver the siRNA to the lungs, the critical site of infection. It was used on mice. "Treatment with virus-specific siRNA reduces viral load by 99.9 per cent. These stealth nanoparticles can be delivered to a wide range of lung cells and silence viral genes," said co-lead researcher Nigel McMillan, Professor at Menzies Health Institute Queensland (MHIQ) at Griffith. Plan your finances- achieve life goals with ease

Goal based investing is the easy way to achieve financial goals. It is based on the premise that financial planning is more effective when you work towards achieving a goal rather than chasing returns. A goal based investment strategy first creates a personalised financial goal according to the investor's age, income, expenses, savings and risk appetite. Then, based on that personalised goal and the time period available to achieve the goal, an approximate amount is calculated while taking inflation, expenses and other investments into consideration. Also, one needs to calculate the amount that must be invested regularly (monthly, quarterly, half yearly or annually) to build that corpus in the predetermined time frame. The next question the investor may ask after that is: Where to invest money? Again, the answer to that question will be based on your desired corpus size, timeframe and risk appetite. How to get it right You know everything about goal-based investing and are ready to...
